Willow & Ink Studio is a UK-based creative business specialising in bespoke wedding stationery, engraving, and personalised design. All products are made to order with care and craftsmanship.

2. Ordering & Personalisation

  • All personalised items are custom-made and may require additional processing time.
  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design choices before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered via Shopify.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

  • Orders under £50 incur a £2.99 delivery charge.
  • Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery via DPD Next Day.
  • We use Royal Mail, EVRi, or DPD depending on order size and value.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days for production, plus 1–2 working days for shipping. Larger or more complex orders may take up to 7 working days before dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Willow & Ink Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, or force majeure events.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
