Turnaround & Delivery

Your order is handled with the same care and precision as our bespoke designs, with a clear and reliable timeline.

• Digital proof sent within 1–2 working days of receiving your wording.
• Printing begins once you approve your proof, ensuring complete accuracy.
• Production typically takes 2 working week, depending on quantity and finishing.  We recommend allowing up to 3 working weeks to allow for any production or courier delays.
• Dispatch via Royal Mail or courier, securely packaged to protect your stationery in transit.

If you’re working to a specific date, you can mention it at checkout so we can prioritise your timeline where possible.

Returns & Cancellations

As all wedding stationery is personalised and made to order, returns cannot be accepted either once digital files have been sent or printing production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approval, as this is the final stage before printing.
